Hi, I am Antje
My name is Antje Hepkema and I was born in the Netherlands and currently living in Paris.
I have been practicing yoga for more than 10 years, which allowed me to learn how to manage my stress.
Yoga taught me to listen to my body and that's why I decided to follow a training course to become a yoga teacher.

During this training, several modules on Ayurveda were taught and this allowed me to learn more about the importance of nutrition and healthy living. I gave a few yoga classes a week in the Netherlands before moving to France.

I worked over 10 years as a Business Analyst on IT projects, which allowed me to acquire the skills for observing, listening and analysing. I realised that these skills could also be used in a different way. So I decided to sign up for an Ayurveda Course to use my competences in combination with my passion for cooking, yoga and natural healing. Through this course I was certified as an Ayurvedic practitioner in 2019.

In line with my passion for food and nutrition as a medicine, I am currently studying Orthomolecular Nutrition.

Ayurveda helped me to relieve my osteoarthritis pain
Just after my certification I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my hip and lower back. I sometimes had days where I was limping and some days I suffered from pain preventing me to sleep
This motivated me to study the disease and to find all possible natural solutions advised in Ayurveda and other scientific studies. I started to apply the suggested solutions one by one.…..6 months after the diagnosis I started running again and the pain was gone. After this experience it has become my mission to support my clients suffering from Osteoarthritis to improve their quality of life.

The programs that I propose are all tailor-made to my clients nature and could also adapted to their daily rhythm of life so that the changes do not become a constraint.

I offer online group sessions in English and (online) individual sessions in English, French and Dutch.

What can I do for you?
I offer 4 weeks to 3 months individual and group programmes depending on your needs.

I will coach you during the program to guide you through the changes to implement. How? Please read the different program pages or I am happy to explain you all during a 30 minutes (online) discovery session.

An Ayurvedic practitioner is not a medical professional and will not give medical advice

Ayurveda acts as a complement to allopathic medicine but does not replace it.
