I am an Ayurvedic and Orthomolecular health and lifestyle advisor and a yoga teacher.

 

I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in October 2019, at 49 years old, and I was struggling like you: I had to lay down after each little walk, I had problems to get to sleep because of the pain in my hip. I was in the believe that I was the next in generation getting Osteoarthritis and the only solution would be to wait for my time to get a hip replacement.

 

After a period of grief, I started studying Osteoarthritis from Ayurveda and also from other sources for natural treatments. So, I started to test and learn and tried new solutions. I changed my diet, changed my lifestyle and introduced herbs and supplements…. And 2 months later I was able to start running again!

I learned also that it is not easy to change habits. Having support, advice and someone to keep me on track to make the right choices has been an absolute game changer for me and is the only reason I am where I am today.

Ayurveda who?

Ayurveda means "science of life”. It is an over 5000 year old health system from India.

Ayurveda is a practical method that helps us to live in harmony with ourselves in an environment that is always changing. The foundation of tAyurveda is the tri-doshic theory. The three Ayurvedic dosas: Vata (air/movement), Pitta (fire/transformation) and Kapha (water/cohesion). The goal of Ayurveda is to support the natural function of the doshas in order to maintain health and happiness.

 

When this constitution gets out of balance (due to stress, diet or other circumstances), diseases could show up over time. Ayurveda tries to get it back into balance by adjusting diet and lifestyle we can find back our natural balance and the body will be able to use its natural healing capacity.

 

This method allows not only to find a deep balance, but also to regain a true relationship with the body and its sensations. By re-establishing this link with the body, it becomes much easier to know the consequences of what we eat or do in our daily life. 

So I’m not going to lie and tell you there’s a magic remedy that will cure you instantaneously, you will have to commit to making some changes to your eating habits and introduce some lifestyle changes.

I’ve design the program in a way that won’t feel overwhelming and changes will be gradually so you almost don’t notice them.

Here's how it works

Individual sessions with me during the entire program:

  • Two times 1 to 1,5 hours at the start of the program:

    • The first to determine your goals, constitution, determine the doshas out of balance and determine the cause of the misbalance.

    • We will have another session where I will present you a personalised plan. Together we will agree on the next steps. to reach your goals

  • Weekly contact by mail/text to follow up on progress

  • Twice a month a 30 min session to discuss progress, do exercises (breath work, meditation,....) and agree on the next steps

  • At the end of 3 months1 to 1,5 hour consultation to determine where you are and to determine in more details the progress

  • Access to additional tutorial videos (how to prepare specific dishes, yoga, breathing exercises)

Frequently asked questions

What does small / medium / intensive commitment mean?

It means that the more intensive the commitment, the more intensive you will be followed on changing your habits.

Small commitment - informative sessions, you choose which improvements you will implement in your life and when

Medium commitment - you will be invited to set goals during group and individual sessions, you choose which improvements you will implement

Intensive commitment - we agree on your goals and I will guide you step by step to reach your goals

What if I cannot attend to a session?

If you are not available for a planned session, then we plan a new date/time according to your convenience.

What is the refund policy?

I offer a three month refund policy. I am confident that, if you apply the information you receive during the program, you will see positive results after three months. So I invite you to participate in the sessions and ask for help and support when needed. I you feel after these three months that the program has not brought you any improvement, I invite you to discuss this during the last 1 hour session.
